Refunds and right of withdrawal

14 days, no questions asked. If GeekStat Menus isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we’ll give you the full amount back.

How to ask

• From the link in your Paddle receipt, or at paddle.net, with the email you used to buy.
• Or write to us at david@teluria.es with the transaction ID shown on your receipt.

Paddle, the merchant of record, refunds the money to the same payment method. It may take a few days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

What happens next The license is revoked and the key can no longer be activated. On your Macs, the app goes back to how it was when the trial ended, at the latest 30 days after purchase.

Right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Our 14-day, no-questions-asked policy covers it: we don’t ask you to give it up when you activate the license.

After 14 days, we don’t give refunds, except where the law requires it (for example, if the app doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it).
